Why moms can’t “sleep when the baby sleeps”

I love the saying but it’s just not possible with some moms and infants. Here’s what occurs while my baby is sleeping for 2 -3 hour sleep intervals (first 6 weeks) now 1.5 hours at 8 weeks.
